At Taskersonline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings; if you are not, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Taskersonline account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture and confirms its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
